After more than 2 years in development, Ash Enterprises is pleased to announce an LED star lamp replacement for Spitz A3P, A4, 512 & 1024 projectors is now ready to ship!
The LED star images are smaller, brighter, and have more vivid colors.
The dark regions that manifest themselves as the arc lamp ages, are nonexistent.
Fainter constellations are much easier to resolve.
Its lifetime is measured in years, not hundreds of hours. What you see on day one is what you should see on day ten thousand and one.
There is no high-voltage starter to fail and the UV output is zero, which means that the Milky Way transparencies and star cell gels will not age.
In a nutshell, this is the panacea your Spitz stars have been waiting for!
It is a drop in replacement for the arc lamp, no wiring changes are needed, and the old arc lamp can be used as a spare if anything ever goes wrong with the LED.
The LED lamp unit comes with a 3 year warranty.
The list price is USD $3550 (some discounts are available).
